The Denver Post Names Sooper Credit Union a Winner of the State of Colorado Top Workplaces 2024 Award

Sooper Credit Union (soon to be Climb Credit Union) has been named a 2024 Top Workplace in Colorado by The Denver Post. Receiving this award is based solely on employee feedback gathered through a third-party survey administered by employee engagement partner Energage.

The confidential survey uniquely measures the employee experience and its component themes, including employees feeling Respected & Supported, Enabled to Grow, and Empowered to Execute, to name a few.

“Earning a Top Workplaces award is a badge of honor for companies, especially because it comes authentically from their employees,” said Eric Rubino, Energage CEO. “That's something to be proud of. In today's market, leaders must ensure they’re allowing employees to have a voice and be heard. That's paramount. Top Workplaces do this, and it pays dividends.”

“It is a privilege and an honor for our credit union to be recognized as a Top Workplace,” says Miranda Lott, Sooper Credit Union SVP of HR. “We’re committed to providing the best work environment for our team members so they can help our members reach their financial goals.”

Sooper Credit Union is a not-for-profit financial institution empowering members’ financial journeys through better rates, fewer fees, financial education, and community support. For more information, visit soopercu.org or call 303-427-5005.
